Press Release

Number 1 in Outsource Transcription

Dec 12, 2011

NHS Commercial Solutions has announced a procurement framework to enable NHS bodies to procure outsourced transcription, digital dictation, dictation hardware and bespoke services quickly, easily and economically.

Following a full European procurement process, which included evaluations assessing Financial Stability, Professional Capability, Technical Capability, Experience and Value for Money, ScribeTECH was awarded onto the Framework as a supplier of all the services above, and the highest ranked supplier of outsourced transcription.

The Framework benefits NHS Trusts by providing the ability to procure part or all of an integrated document production through a reduced number of suppliers without the requirement of a lengthy procurement process.

Shiraz Austin, Managing Director of ScribeTECH, commented:

“The award of this framework demonstrates ScribeTECH’s experience and consistent high quality of service over many years. Partnership working with our customers and other suppliers leads to additional benefits for all parties, and we are pleased to see this recognised by this award.

This award will enable Trusts to tailor the solution they require from one or more suppliers, and ScribeTECH is perfectly placed to be part of those solutions, helping define and tailor them to meet a Trust’s specific needs.

Timely production of clinical documents is a key part of clinical care pathways and ScribeTECH is pleased to be able to offer its expertise via this framework.”
